Abstract

The main idea of this bachelor thesis is to learn about the technological processes of sintering, its ecological and economic consequences. At the same time, a description and evaluation of the chemical and technological properties of the ore raw materials to produce the agglomerate. An important part is the characteristics of the iron ore used to produce the agglomerate, its physic-chemical, mineralogical, and metallurgical properties. Determination of this characteristic is important to produce a high-quality agglomerate. The quality of iron ore is determined by the content of the individual elements present, primary the content iron.
