Technologický postup pro provádění vyzdívaných obvodových konstrukcí bytového domu v Ostravě

Abstract

Subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a project documentation preparation of block apartments for purpose of a building permit according to regulation num. 405/2017 Sb., technological process performing brick perimeter construction of a one floor building by using Porotherm, constructing time schedule for pursuing brick perimeter construction and itemizing cost estimate of structural building part. The issue is the implementation of a new-built apartment block in Ostrava. The new-built home does not have a cellar and it is founded on monolithic fundamental strips made out of plain concrete class C25/30. Building has three above-ground floors and it is covered by a one-coated flat roof. The first floor is barrier free including the entryway. Suggestion is that the apartment house has ten individual housing units where the bottom floor is intended to be used by people with limited movement ability.
