Abstract

The main topic of this thesis is to design passportisation for the needs of the Regional Office of the Moravskoslezský region. In the beginning, it is crucial to set goals and to define the primary requirements of the users of future passport. The research part is attended to explaining basic terms related to management and maintenance of buildings and making passports. There is also introduce with already developed passports and finding the most appropriate method for the case of the regional office. The practical part describes the conducted analysis. On the basis of these anylysis is designed data model for creation of database that will be the core of the passportisation system. Finally, the work is focused on designing GUI of the future tool for publishing map services in Geocortex Essentials environment.
