Abstract
This bachelor work analyzes the financial situation of the company TATRA, a. s., in the years 2005 - 2009 with selected determinstic and mathematical - statistical methods of financial analysis, methods of intercompany comparision and predictive models for evaluating financial level. Based on the results of these methods and the analysis of individual years are listed at the end of the work major deficiencies in the financial area of the company TATRA, a. s. inclusive of proposals and possible solutions.
