Hospodaření nestátní neziskové organizace

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku činnosti a hospodaření nestátní neziskové organizace v oblasti sociální a zdravotní péče. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě konkrétních podmínek zvoleného subjektu analyzovat a zhodnotit činnosti, které poskytuje a jeho hospodaření. Práce vychází z hypotézy, že podmínkou plnění poslání této organizace je fungující vícezdrojové financování. Další hypotézou je tvrzení, že rostoucí služby vyžadují růst zdrojů. Po teoretickém vymezení pojmu nestátních neziskových organizací je analyzována činnost a hospodaření místní jednotky Diakonie ČCE – střediska ve Valašském Meziříčí, v letech 2008 až 2011. Analyzovány jsou poskytované služby sociální a zdravotní péče. Podrobněji jsou definovány výnosy, jako jednotlivé zdroje financování. Hodnoceny jsou současná úroveň služeb i hospodaření a jejich perspektivy na další období. Práce nastiňuje možné oblasti, které mohou inspirovat další činnost i hospodaření jednotky.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of activities and financial management of non – state non – profit organization in the social and health area. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze activities, which a chosen subject provides, and to evaluate its management. The thesis is based on the hypothesis that a condition for fulfillment of the organization’s mission is a functioning multi-source financing. Another hypothesis states that increasing services demand growth of sources. After a theoretical definition of non – state non – profit organizations is analyzed the activity and financial management of a local unit Diakonie ČCE - centre in Valašské Meziříčí from 2008 to 2011. The services in the social and health area, which are by Diakonie ČCE provided, are analyzed, too. Revenues are defined more detailed as particular sources of funding. The current level of services and management and their prospects for the future are assessed. The thesis outlines possible areas which may inspire other activities and management of the chosen unit.
