Studie revitalizace Mariánského náměstí v Ostravě – Mariánských Horách.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh na revitalizaci prostoru Mariánského náměstí v Ostravě – Mariánských Horách. Výsledkem je územní studie doplněná provozně -typologickou a stavebně - technickou studií parkovacího domu s přízemím vyhrazeným občanské vybavenosti. Při návrhu byl brán ohled na množství vzrostlé zeleně v území, polohu vůči křížení frekventovaných městských komunikací a reprezentativní funkci náměstí. Součástí je typologické a stavebně technické řešení parkovacího domu a výsledný návrh využití plochy náměstí. Dále pak řešení inženýrské obsluhy navržené dostavby, vyhodnocení stávající zeleně a návrh na její úpravy a řešení obsluhy objektů lemující náměstí dopravou v pohybu i v klidu. Práce také obsahuje ekonomické vyhodnocení na realizaci navrženého řešení.

The subject of thesis is a proposal to revitalize the area of Marian Square in Ostrava - Marianske Hory. The result will be a spatial studies supplemented by operational typological and construction-technical study of a parking building with ground floor used for civic amenities. In the project is given consideration to the amount of grown greenery in the area, to the location with respect to busy urban crossroad and the representative function of the square. One part of the thesis is the typological and engineering solution of the parking building and the final proposal of using the area of the square. Furthermore, the thesis contains a solution of proposed completion of the engineering service, an evaluation of existing greenery and a proposal for its modification and also service solutions to buildings around the square by traffic in motion and at rest. The thesis also includes an economic evaluation for the implementation of the proposed solution.
