Zpracování postupu pro provádění interních auditů v akreditované laboratoři

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku interních auditů v organizaci ENVIFORM a.s. Cílem bylo vytvoření pracovního postupu pro provádění interních auditů v akreditované společnosti. V první části bakalářské práce se nachází teorie, která popisuje interní audity a dále jsou uvedeny definice a pojmy z normy ČSN EN 19011:2005. Ve druhé části je popsána firma EVIFORM a.s. V praktické části se tato práce věnuje vertikálním a systémovým auditům prováděným ve společnosti. Tato část obsahuje také formuláře s bodovanými otázkami z auditu, závěrečnou zprávu a hlavní cíl práce, tj. pracovní postup pro provádění interních auditů.

The thesis focused on internal audits in the ENVIFORM a.s. company. The aim of the thesis was to create operating instruction for internal audits in an accredited company. In the first part of the thesis there is the theory that describes the internal audits and contains definitions and terminology of the ČSN EN 19011:2005 standard. In the second part there is described the EVIFORM a.s. company. The practical part of the thesis deals with the vertical and systematic audits performed in the described company. This part also contains forms with scored questions, final audit report and the main aim of the thesis i.e. operating instruction for internal audits.
