Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan and a business plan for the establishment of a unique entertainment center focusing on adrenaline attractions, which will be financed by a private investor. The business plan itself was created according to the correct content of the business plan including the title page, content, exposition, summary, detailed development of the business subject, organizational structure, marketing concept, financial plan and attachments. An integral part is also the processing and evaluation of the questionnaire, situational analysis and SWOT analysis. The result is a fully operational business plan that will generate revenue and profits. The return of a 156-million-dollar investment is over 4 years. The work is a benefit in that it is a unique project not only within the Czech Republic, but also in Europe, which is expected to be very interested. This can bring not only Czech but also foreign tourists to one of the poorest regions of the Czech Republic.
