Analýza skladování zásob v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

The aim of this work is to describe stock storage system in a particular company and propose possible recommendation for improvement in stock storage system. The theoretical part is focused on logistics and in more detail on stock storage. Methods described in this part are used for stock analysis in a particular company. The practical part of this work is focused on analysis of stocks and storage system in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. For stock analysis were used ABC and XYZ analysis. The output of this work are two proposals to increase storage capacity and recommended layout of stocks in storage.
