Abstract

The subject of the bachelor´s work „The situational analysis and the strategy proposal of Taforge a.s.“ is to describe the instruments of the situational analysis and the principles by means of which a company strategy is create. These instruments and principles will subsequently help to create the situational analysis of Taforge factory. On the basis of the analysis outputs a three year company strategy will be introduced.
