Abstract

The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the construction part and the technical equipment of buildings in this case by heating. The work is designed for a multifunctional house with four floors. Office spaces for the company are designed on the first and second floors. There are four apartments on the third and fourth floors. The work deals with the solution of heating in this building. Underfloor heating is designed in office spaces and heating by means of radiators is proposed in the residential part of the building. A heat pump is designed as a source for heating the building and for heating water in the hot water tank. In winter, at lower stages, the heat pump may not have sufficient power to heat the building, and therefore an additional heat source in the form of an electric boiler is designed for it. The diploma thesis is written in the form of project documentation, which is divided into two parts.
