Vyhodnocení investičního záměru na výrobu závitových tyčí v podniku Liberty Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší vyhodnocení investičního záměru na finální zpracování závitových tyčí v hutním podniku Liberty Ostrava a.s. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnocení tohoto investičního záměru, kritické posouzení výsledků vyhodnocení investičního záměru a návrhy na možnosti jejich zlepšení. První, teoretická, část práce se věnuje literární rešerši z oblasti plánování investic a metod vyhodnocování investic. V praktické části je představen investiční záměr na finální zpracování závitových tyčí a jsou definovány výdaje spojené s realizací tohoto investičního záměru a následně jsou definovány předpokládané příjmy spojené s provozním využíváním této investice. Součástí praktické části je použití statických a dynamických metod k vyhodnocení daného investičního záměru s následným kritickým posouzením výsledků tohoto vyhodnocení. Dále jsou definovány návrhy na možnosti zlepšení zjištěných výsledků vyhodnocení této investice a vyhodnocení těchto návrhů.

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment plan for the final processing of threaded rods in the metallurgical company Liberty Ostrava a.s. The main objective of the thesis is the evaluation of this investment plan, a critical assessment of the results of the investment plan evaluation and suggestions for their improvement. The first, theoretical, part of the thesis is devoted to a bibliographic search in the field of investment planning and investment evaluation methods. In the practical part, the investment plan for the final processing of threaded rods is presented and the expenses associated with the implementation of this investment plan are defined, followed by the expected revenues associated with the operational use of this investment. The practical part comprises the use of static and dynamic methods to evaluate the investment plan, followed by a critical assessment of the results of this evaluation. In addition, proposals are defined for ways to improve the results found in the evaluation of this investment and an evaluation of these proposals.
