Abstract

CHALUPA, Vojtěch, Urban study of ÚS 60 locality in Ostrava – Nová Bělá city, bacheor theist, Ostrava: VŠB Technical Univerzity of Ostrava, Faculty od Civil Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering, Ostrava 2016, 48 s. The aim of this bacheor thesis is to design functional and spatial utilization of developing locality ÚS 60 in Nová Bělá city. This is a developing area designated for individual housing. The study is elaborated on the basis of regulations local plan with regard to the ambient functions and character of housing development. Due to the size of the territory, this thesis deals with only a partial part of the locality ÚS 60. The study is elaborated in three alternative solutions of spatial arrangement. The final variant sis subsequently elaborated in detail including transportation solutions, solutions to underground utilities and costing.
