Abstract

The development of electronic communication has an increasing trend. Increasing possibilities of electronic communication also offers a Social Security Administration. The issue of electronic communication at the Social Security Administration Bachelor thesis discusses in three chapters (besides introduction and conclusion). The second chapter describes the governance. Given the subject matter of this work is more attention paid to the government. The third chapter is devoted to the organization of the civil service of the Social Security Administration. It describes the activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Czech Social Security Administration and the District Social Security Administration. The fourth chapter describes activities: Discrict and the Discrict Social Security Administration Prerov. An important milestone in electronic communications at the Czech Social Security Administration in 2005, when the Czech Social Security Administration has introduced e-filing. The possibility to use e-filing to the Czech Social Security Administration requires that the client personally registered at the Discrict Social Security Administration. Before a personal registration is required to obtain a qualified certificate for an electronic signature, which gives the accredited certification authority. In 2009 the Czech Social Security Administration data available to the clipboard, as another method of electronic communication. Despite this new service, the Czech Social Security Administration to continue to use e-filing. The reason for the long-term reliability and safety.
