Abstract
This bachelor thesis aim to evaluate the level of the Personal Data Protection Ordinance in the AIESEC Czech Republic Compendium, to point out possible shortcomings and to create a proposal for a new updated Personal Data Protection Ordinance. At the same time, this thesis will define the basic terminology of GDPR and explain the fundamentals of the international organization AIESEC.
