Dopady nové legislativy na systém třídění odpadů ve městě Zlaté Hory

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the impacts of the new law on the waste sorting system in the city of Zlaté Hory. The theoretical part summarizes information on the conditions and requirements for waste sorting, resulting from the already invalid waste law No. 185/2001 Coll. and currently also from the new law No. 541/2020 Coll. The next part describes the current state of collecting and sorting in the city of Zlaté Hory and the last part contains technical, organizational, personnel and financial measures for which we can expect changes to the current system of waste sorting.
