Abstract

The theme of my thesis is the Marketing Communication Analysis of the Restaurant. Concretely, it was the Koliba hotel and restaurant in Staré Město u Bruntálu. The aim was to analyze the current state of restaurant's marketing communications, make respondents' opinion research and propose changes in marketing communications to make guests to visit the restaurant often. The selected research method was a questionnaire survey, respondents were selected by using quota sampling. The obtained data were analyzed in Microsoft Excel. From the results I inferred the proposals and recommendations that should lead to an increase in restaurant visits.
