Abstract

The thesis contains an analysis and assessment of financial performance of the joint-stock company Rybářství Přerov using financial analysis methods. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic concepts of financial analysis, its methods and sources. In the practical part joint-stock company Rybářství Přerov is introduced, which is subjected to a financial analysis in accordance with methods from the theoretical part in 2011-2015. The conclusion is devoted SWOT analysis to evaluate the financial status of the joint-stock company and recommended measures.
