Dopady reklamace na podnikání

Abstract

The aim of this work is to describe the institutes associated with complaints in the activities of business entities, to evaluate possible impacts in relation to these entities, even in the accounting and other aspects, all with regard to the issue of complaints. In the part of the thesis are analyzed individual institutes and contractual types of civil law, which Czech entrepreneurs meet daily, and in these contractual types are analyzed in detail the specific issues of complaints. A questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the literacy of entities in this area, and this survey was subsequently evaluated.
