Měření spokojenosti návštěvníků divadla

Abstract

I was dealing with the subject of satisfaction measurement of the theatre visitors in my bachelor work. Theme of which is proceed from my working experience as a usherette in theatre. The satisfaction analysis was worked out for Slovacke theatre in Uherske Hradiste. The goal of my work was find out, how are visitors satisfied with services of the theatre so far, what they don´t like and where should theatre put more focus on. Own questioning was followed by evaluation of each question and disproving of defined hypothesis. Knowledge gained by research and subsequent suggestions and recommendations should be valuable asset for Slovacke divadlo which will lead in increasing number of satisfied visitors.
