Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is Application of Process Analysis in TRUMF International s.r.o .. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, the methods and techniques of investigation are captured and the theoretical backgrounds are drawn, which outline the history of process control, its essence and basic characteristics, to which the contrast of functional control is processed. It also introduces a way of introducing business process management and describes all the necessary elements related to it, including strategic analysis. In the practical part is the chapter devoted to acquaintance with selected company, followed by the analysis of the environment and the application of process management with an emphasis on process mapping. The last part is devoted to recommendations on how to implement process management, design and evaluation of the knowledge of the methods under examination.
