Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was design proposal of a low energy family house developed in stage of project documentation for construction notification. A part of a bachelor thesis was developing a technical report of construction part, working procedure of roof realization, project schedule of technological phase „Roof“, itemized budget of technological phase „Roof“ and thermal and technical assessment of selected structures according to ČSN 73 0540 (2011). The result of this bachelor thesis is developed project in stage of project documentation for construction notification, complying with decree No. 62/2013 Coll., on construction documentation.
