Abstract

The issue of this thesis deals with an evaluation of home heating energy sources. In the first part of the thesis fuel types and possible ways to use them as heat sources are presented. Consequently it is stated which energy-saving measures are supported by the state and grants are provided to them. In the central part of the thesis annual operating costs of home heating using various fuels are calculated and traded off. In the next section investment costs related to specific types of heating systems are evaluated. In the conclusion the optimal method of heating a new family house is determined.
