Abstract

The elemental subject of my bachelor thesis is the evaluation of labour productivity and its influence on the trading income of the chosen company. The labour productivity, together with other indicators, directly affects the company´s income. This diploma thesis will try to find out, whether the influence is either positive or negative. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic facts related to labour productivity, its structure and determining factors as well as relevant methods of calculation. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at the labour productivity itself and its impact on company´s income. In order to keep the chosen company anonymous we will call it, for the thesis purposes only, AZ, s. r. o. The company´s field of operations covers mainly the wood industry. The diploma thesis deals with and evaluates the 2010-13 company´s incomes only.
