Abstract

This bachelor’s final project focuses on identifying the barriers in the Těrlicko village concerning the accessibility of public buildings and facilities and the transport infrastructure elements for the persons with limited mobility and orientation skills. It proposes the basic chain of barrier-free and accessible paths. The analysis was made by examining the present state of the area concerning the needs of the people with disabilities, exact measuring and taking photograph evidences. The body and graphic parts include detailed description and documentation of the critical points. Consequently, the solutions are proposed meeting the conditions of the local ordinance 398/2009 Sb. about general technical requirements of public buildings’ accessibility. A great emphasis was placed on creating a barrier-free access that would follow the principles of National Development Program Mobility for All.
