Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to suggest method of measurement in regard to Supply Chain Resilience based on measurable abilities of resilience using an Analytic Hierarchy Process. This thesis includes different definitions of Supply Chain and its particular structures. In addition to that there are individual concepts of Supply Chain Management analyzed. The main emphasis is put on the concept of resilience where the unprecedented method of measurement is being created. The Multi - Criteria Decision Analysis is used to support this case. Specifically Saaty´s method of Analytic Hierarchy Process, which sorts the determined abilities of resilience into hierarchy structure along with its respectable indicators. The outcome information result in finding an optimal scale of Supply Chain Resilience.
