Zmapování systémů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how the process of recruitment and selection of employees works in organization XYZ, a.s. The first part of this bachelor thesis is focused on the theory of recruitment and selection of employees. There is a description of human resources procedure, recruitment, selection and hiring employees. Briefly there is also a description of adaptation of employees. In the second part of this bachelor thesis, the practical part, there is a characterization of organization XYZ, a.s., its organizational structure, the structure of employees, human resources and responsibility of human resources officers. The practical part analyzes and evaluates questionnaires. The aim of these questionnaires is to find out how the process of recruitment and selection of employees works. After that there are suggestions how to improve these processes.
