Analýza distribučních procesů u vybraných typů medicinálních, potravinářských a technických plynů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of distribution processes for selected types of medical, food and technical gases. Specifically, it is the process of direct delivery of cylinders to the customer. Process discrepancies need to be identified and managed to avoid additional costs. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the process of gas distribution and the occurrence of qualitative and quantitative discrepancies in supplies and suggest possible improvements based on the findings. It has been found that the distribution process is very well established from order to delivery and contains several controls to prevent errors. It is important for all workers to know and follow this procedure. A problem has been detected in difficult handling of the complaint book, and also a large part of the complaints was automatically recognized due to expiry of 30-day period. Furthermore, an increase in quantitative discrepancies in July was found. Suggestions for improvement have been made. One of the proposals is, for example, automation of writing complaints and issuing orders for regular deliveries.
