Kontrola na úseku živnostenského podnikání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kontrolu vedenou úsekem živnostenského podnikání. Úvod práce objasňuje problematiku živnostenské kontroly, vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti živnostenské kontroly, potřebnou terminologií a provádí orientaci v legislativně-právním ukotvení. Následně se věnuje živnostenským úřadům z pozice jejich působnosti a pravomocí, které společně tvoří úpravu jejich kompetence. V neposlední řadě, je pak provedena exemplifikace živnostenské kontroly v praxi. V závěru jsou prezentována doporučení pro její zlepšení, snížení byrokracie a hladší průběh.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the controlled by the trade business department. The introduction of the thesis clarifies the issue of trade control, defines the basic concepts of trade control, the necessary terminology and provides an orientation in the legislative and legal basis. Subsequently, it deals with trade licensing offices from the position of their effectiveness and powers, which together form the regulation of their competence. Last but not least, there is the exemplification of trade control in practice provided. In conclusion, recommendations are presented for its improvement, reduction of bureaucracy and a smoother course.
