Spokojenost a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti BONATRANS GROUP a.s.

Abstract

Submitted thesis is focused on issue of satisfaction and motivation employees in company BONATRANS GROUP ltd. This thesis is divided to theoretical and practical section. In theoretical part there are described characteristics of the chosen company. Afterwards are defined general terms of satisfaction and motivation area. Practical section is focused on preparing appropriate questions for communication device which is determined to collect answers and their statistical processing. In practical part of thesis is done analysis of current company condition, fringe benefits offered by company and also analysis of communication device deployment and questions asked. In closing of the thesis are made suggestions to improve current conditions.
