Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the motivation of employees in a manufacturing company, which is engaged in manufacturing railway wheelset, wheels, axles and tires for all types of rail vehicles. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts related to motivation, theories of motivation and corporate incentive program. The practical part consists of the presentation of the organization itself and the evaluation of the questionnair. Based on the information and data from the questionnaire was designed recommendations to improve employee motivation.
