Azylová a migrační politika Evropské unie

Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the asylum and migration policy of the European Union. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The practical part includes contemporary legal rules and directives closely connected with these policies and follows up with the asylum policy of the Czech Republic as it describes the historical development of migration policy as well as the current legislative adjustments of asylum in Czechia. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of migrant crisis in the connection with its economic, social and political repercussions. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the legal adjustments made in the terms of asylum and migration in the EU during the migration crisis.
