Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on implementing the project of sanitary installations in the premises of a new-build apartment building. It is a three-storey non-basement building with a flat roof. The apartment building will be connected to public sewerage and water supply. Rainwater from the roof will be used in the proposed building. The first part of the diploma thesis is a proposal of a technical construction solution, and the second part is a proposal of sanitary installations. The diploma thesis includes the determination of thermal technical requirements for construction structures, calculation of thermal losses on the building envelope and the building envelope label. Furthermore, the thesis comprises the determination of balance of sewage and rainwater, dimensioning of internal sewerage and water supply distribution, identification of the optimal use of hot water, the design of hot water heating system and design of the storage tank of rainwater whit the infiltration device. The present document is processed at the level of project documentation for implementing construction projects.
