Abstract

As it is generally known, prices of crude oil are highly influenced by the worries arising from geopolitical risks, and it is obvious that this development brings great risk to the business of companies, which use crude and crude products as an input. The final thesis focuses on detailed analysis of the crude market and crude products, focusing on variations in prices caused by geopolitical influence. The analysis evaluates not only selected factors, which have impact on supply and demand for crude and their interference whilst price making, but also the possibilities of elminating the crude prices volatility.
