Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with a draft of solar power system for electric supply, hot water and heating in a building. A brief introduction to the issue of solar power systems is given in the first chapter. Then, energy balance of a building is explained and analyzed in the second chapter.
Next chapter focuses on a draft of necessary solar power system components for electricity generation and water heating. The thesis also deals with connecting both systems to existing wiring of a family house. The fourth chapter is focused on an expansion tank draft, safety valve and electrical circuit breaker components. In the last fifth chapter, economic evaluation of both suggested systems is given. Operating costs and total payback period for both systems are also further compared.
