Revitalizace sídliště Vančurova-Olomoucká-Zborovská-Sokolovská v Opavě

Abstract

The thesis aims to propose a revitalization of settlements, which will improve the current situation. Achieving that the estate to better serve its residents and received a pleasant appearance. Revitalization does not address only the most serious shortcomings in the area, but trying to create a full-fledged urban environment that will contribute to better functioning of the settlement. The thesis includes a proposal of alternative solutions, which try to solve these problems, either in the area or move outside the studied area. The resulting variation in depth solutions dedicated for the most part a new design and making use of these proposals would result in improved housing and contribute to an increased interest in this location.
