Zhodnocení organizace a financování voleb do Poslanecké sněmovny

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with organization and financing of elections to the Chamber of Deputies. The objective was evaluate elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the elections years 2013 and 2017. For to achieve the objective were realize method of descriptive analysis and comparison method. The theoretical area discusses public choice theory and then primarily elections, electoral systems and types of elections that are being conducted in the Czech republic. This is followed by the elections to the Chamber of Deputies and last but not least their financing. The practical part first focuses on organization and evaluate turnout. Then has been evaluate costs of these elections. Finally this thesis compares the financial differences between a registered and an active voter in the monitored period. The work has shown that elections are organizationally and financially demanding. The burden on one active voter is greater than on one registered voter.
