Abstract

The aim of my thesis research was on measuring customer satisfaction with services of the jobcenter. The target group of respondents in this thesis was jobseekers. Data collection was conducted by interviewing and took place in the Zlín region. The data analysis showed that the evaluation of customer satisfaction with services perceived by the public employment office was quite positive. It is also related to the labor office staff perceived as supportive customers. At the end of this thesis are given suggestions for further improvement of these services in order to further increase customer satisfaction with these services.
