Analýza systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na praktickou a teoretickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy spojené se získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat postup získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v organizaci a navrhnout doporučení, která mohou zefektivnit celý proces.

This dissertation deals with the recruitment and selection of emloyees in selected organization. This thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part is focused on concepts connected of emloyee selection. Practical part is focused on the analysis of the recruitment and selection of emloyees in the selected organization. The goal of dissertation were anylysis process of recruiting and selecting in organization and propose recommendations that can make the whole process more efficient.
