Abstract
This thesis deals with business risks and their insurance.
In theoretical part, there are determined the basic terms related to business risk and their management, and then the thesis focuses on the legislation of insurance in the Czech Republic, the relationship between the parties of the insurance and finally to analysis of the different types of insurance
Practical part is focused to characteristics of particular business subject, evaluation his insurance program and identification of risks, which threatening his business.
