Analýza vlivu materiálových a procesních faktorů na rozpouštění 3D tištěných jader v kompozitních profilech pro automobilové aplikace

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of soluble 3D-printed cores in the production of geometrically complex hollow composite parts. The aim of the thesis was to assess the applicability of this technology and to evaluate the influence of material and process factors on the overall manufacturing process. The theoretical part summarizes common methods for producing hollow composite parts and selected materials for experimental verification. The practical part focuses on optimizing the printing of PVA and BVOH materials, testing dissolution conditions, and assessing the effect of core surface treatment on the quality of the final part. The result is a proposed and experimentally verified manufacturing procedure applicable to prototype and small-batch production of complex hollow composite parts.
