Dotace do infrastruktury z fondů Evropské unie

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat obtížnost získání dotací z evropských strukturálních fondů na infrastrukturní projekty. V teoretické části práce je nejprve popsána regionální a strukturální politika, jednotlivé principy, kterými se tato politika musí řídit a jednotlivé fondy, ze kterých lze získat finanční prostředky. Následně je nastíněna podstata pojmu dotace a infrastruktura a finanční možnosti na infrastrukturní projekty ve dvou programových obdobích. V poslední části práce je zhodnocena náročnost získání dotace a je posouzen přínos realizovaného projektu pro rozvoj venkova.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the difficulty of obtaining grants from the EU structural funds for infrastructure projects. In the theoretical part, regional and structural policy, individual principles this policy has to follow and individual funds, from which the funds can be obtained are described. The core of the terms subsidies and infrastructure is outlined as well as the way how to get finances for infrastructure projects considering two programming periods. The last part involves an evaluation of difficulty of obtaining grants and contribution of this project to rural development is considered.
