Analýza postojů zástupců generace Z k pracovním příležitostem

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to find out, based on the analysis carried out in this diploma thesis, what are the attitudes of generation Z towards job opportunities. Another goal is also the need to convey information about how important it is to distinguish workers on the basis of their thinking, lifestyle and beliefs when applying the decisions that are passed on to them by company management. These decisions have a significant influence on the further functioning of employees within the organization, possibly also on the level of turnover or overall employment. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the processing methodology and work goals, the characteristics of individual generations from the lost generation to the alpha generation. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis, there is a focus on Generation Z and its appearance on the labor market. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, we deal with the analysis of the attitudes of representatives of generation Z towards job opportunities. At the beginning, the methods that were used to create the diploma thesis are described, and then the main part of this thesis begins, which is the analysis of the research results based on questionnaires and interviews.
