Abstract

This submitted thesis deals with inventory control system and warehouse stock optimalization. It's goal is the use of effective procedures and logistic methods in practices, which are trying to minimize the cost and simultaneously maximize the worth and prestige of the firm. The first part of the thesis deals with goals and logistic system policies of the firm, customer services, logistic networks and methodical logistics appliance. The second part of the thesis deals with comparison of several logistic methods in practices and design the finest of them and its use in pravtices.
