Abstract

This bachelor thesis should describe my work which I have been doing during my professional practice at Banan s.r.o., which is based in Ostrava. In this company I did mainly tasks of intern character. My primary task was to create a new informational system for the needs of webcentre. This sysstem was created based on audit, which were carried out by me as well and it is a part of this work. As a secundary task I took care of clients of the company whom I helped as a technical support (later expert technical support) and I helped them with their technical problems. Main result of my activity in the company should be first of all a working application which the company will actively use on daily basis.
