Měření spokojenosti zákazníků internetového obchodu

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is customer satisfaction measurement of the E-Shop company Czech Computer Ltd. Theoretical part focuses on characteristics of the company, E-commerce and theory of measurement of customer satisfaction. Primary research was realized by means of questionnaires. Proposals and recommendations were deduced on the basis of the analysis, which should contribute to increase customer satisfaction.
