Abstract
This bachelor's work deals with modification of employees' recruitment and selection processes in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to analyse a process of employee's selection within a stated organization and to pass an advice leading to an improvement of these processes.
The first part is focused on the theoretical part of the recruitment and the selection process. It contains an explanation of what human resources are, how the recruitment process is carried out, from which resources employees are recruited and what is required of employees. There is also a description of an employee selection process and it's methods for the employees selection. In particular, it is focused on a questionnaire, an interview and a simulated situation. The first part of this work ends with a short characteristic of organization.
The second part is focused on a survey of the recruitment and the selection process in the selected organization. Firsly, it is described how these processes are carried out in the organization and the questionnaire survey is done afterward. This survey shows the recruitment and the selection process from an employee's perspective. Based on the theory, the current state of the organization and questionnaire survey, suggestions are summarized to improve these processes in the selected organization, all from the perspective of the author.
