Abstract

Bachelor thesis in the theoretical part presented goals and instruments of lean production and method Six Sigma. In the practical part, she analyzed the process and state of implementation of lean manufacturing tools at the pilot production line of Mondelez Czech Republic s.r.o. In Opava. The basis for the analysis was the company's internal documents and the author's own inquiries. Outputs are proposals for measures to implement the principles of lean production on other production lines.
