Abstract
The topic of my diploma thesis is a project of a marketing strategy for arising service for seniors. The aim is to find out what the public thinks about the eHelper service and to design the marketing strategy according to their opinions. All the data have been acquired by online questionnaire. The results show that people are interested in this service and their feedback is positive. Thanks to democratic progress, the eHelper service has huge potential for the future. Within the diploma thesis has been propounded a marketing strategy which should be applied by Zdravotní a sociální služby, s.r.o. while entering the market.
