Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with one of the major cost items of Pharmos, a.s.which is formed by expenses of own in-process stock goods transportation. The theoretical part explains the terms which are used in supply logistics. The practical part focuses on practical cases whose elimination enables the company to achieve required optimization. The final part of the thesis presents the revision of shift causes followed by optimization of stock level in individual stocks by which means demonstrates the possibility of economies in in-process stock transportation.
